Amendment & Cancellation Policy

CHECK-IN / CHECK OUT:

Check-out from our hotel is until 12:00 noon and check-in transactions begin from 2 pm. We would like to thank you in advance for your sensitivity in vacating your room until 12:00 noon.

LATE CHECK-OUT:

We may accommodate your request for late check-out depending on our room availability. In case your late check-out request is accepted, we may allocate your room or a different room if the former is not available by reserving that room in your name and not selling that room from 12:00 noon until 12:00 am. A half-day room fee is applied for late check-out requests.

EARLY CHECK-IN: In case our guests arrive at our hotel earlier than 2 pm, they may check-in into their room provided that there are available rooms. We may accommodate your request for breakfast at early check-in depending on the availability of our tables. It is necessary to book for breakfast in advance and it is subject to extra fee.

SELECTION OF ROOM TYPE AND FLOOR: As our hotel is a small facility with a limited number of rooms, the allocation of rooms is made according to booking priority and availability of our calendar.

BOOKING SECURITY: As per the “Code of Ethics of Tourism and Hotel Management” designated for accommodation facilities by the Ministry of Tourism, in order to prevent the guests from experiencing double booking problems, the instant a room is booked, it will not be sold. In case no cancellation is made before 48 hours, the total accommodation fee will be charged in the reservations or early check-outs whether they are prepaid or unpaid or have been used or have not been used, and no return fee or discount shall be applied!

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES (10-DAY RULE): You may cancel unconditionally your reservation until 10 days before your accommodation date; no cancellation or refund request shall be accepted when there is less than 10 days to your accommodation date and your complete accommodation fee will be charged. Our guests who make a reservation in our hotel are regarded to have accepted our hotel rules by paying for their reservation.
